Flooded Office Reading, MA

Our customer contacted SERVPRO and needed help immediately. Their water heater was leaking and the water was leaking into the adjacent conference room. This flooded utility room in an office in  Reading, MA was the result of a broken water heater.  The water heater let go due to a defect. The water spread from the utility room to the adjacent conference room and offices.  SERVPRO was able to extract the water and with our air movers and dehumidifiers, we were able to dry the areas. The after picture was taken 3 days after the incident. Our customer was very happy with the results.
