Attic mold in North Reading Ma

We were contacted by a local realtor.  One of her sellers discovered that they had mold on the sheathing in the attic.  In the Northeast as well as other parts of the country this is a common thing. SERVPRO of Burlington/ Woburn was able to inspect the home and remediate the mold. The insulation in the attic was blocking the vents. After removing the insulation we were able to remediate the mold.  The after picture was taken only two days after inspecting the home.  The Realtor and the seller were expecting a much longer process and they were thrilled with the results.
