Flooded Basement

Our customer woke up to find that their hot water heater leaked overnight. This flooded basement in Winchester, MA was the result of a failure of the hot water heater.  The water leaked from the unfinished utility room into the finished playroom. due to the rusty water the wall to wall carpet in the room could not be saved. SERVPRO removed the carpet and padding. Also, removed the trim and lower drywall.  We were able to using our drying equipment to drydown the building.  The after picture was taken 3 days after the incident. Our customer was thrilled with fast service and the results.
