Storm Damage

Our customer contacted SERVPRO during a storm event.  Due to high winds a section of the roof was damaged.  As a result of the roof damage heavy rains caused damage to our customers home located in Woburn, Massachusetts.  The water caused damage to the attic as well as the second floor staircase area.  A section of the ceiling had collapsed due to the rain and damaged the ceilings, walls and carpet.  The customer really wanted to save the carpeting.  We took immediate action.  We were able to save the carpet using our drying equipment.  Our customer was thrilled with the results.
